Terms of Sales

These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded with the company MySofa, 69 Boulevard Jules FERRY 84000 AVIGNON. As a result, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them.

 

These conditions of sale can be modified at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the reservation is made.

 

 

 

 

The prices indicated are in €uro and include VAT, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.

 

Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected.

 

The tourist tax in force in the city of the accommodation will be applied and payable by the client.

 

No stay booked before the implementation of any promotional offer will be subject to reimbursement, even partial.

 

 

When you book a Listing, you agree to pay all charges relating to your booking, including the advertised price for the Listing, applicable charges such as in-person fees, cleaning, taxes and any other items identified during the order (collectively, the “Total Price”). You also agree that MySofa may invoice and collect, when ordering, any deposit identified. When you receive the booking confirmation, a short-term rental contract (sometimes called reservation, in these Conditions) is concluded directly between you and MySofa. The cancellation conditions and all other regulations, standards, policies or requirements identified in the announcement or during the order form part of your contract with MySofa. Please be aware that MySofa works with co-hosts or as a team member to provide their Host Services. The furniture indicated in the ad and in the photos are part of the short-term rental contract. In the event of deterioration of the property or furniture included in the short-term rental contract, part or all of the deposit may be claimed from you. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the total amount of the damage will be required.

 

A reservation of Accommodation is a limited license to enter, occupy and use the Accommodation. MySofa reserves the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, if necessary if: (i) it is reasonably necessary, (ii) it is authorized under your contract with MySofa, and (iii) it is in accordance with the right applies. If you stay after check-out time, the Host has the right to have you checked out in a manner consistent with applicable law, including imposing reasonable penalties for unduly prolonged stay (additional 15 euros/additional hour stayed in the accommodation). You cannot exceed the maximum number of Travelers allowed.

 

Reservations can be made on reservation platforms (booking .com, expedia, airBnB, etc), the site www.mysofa-location.com, by telephone or e-mail.

 

The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the customer, either by providing a credit card number with expiry date or by payment of the full price of the stay, and after receipt a detailed booking confirmation.

 

MySofa reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.

 

Reservations regardless of their origin will be payable in €uro only.

 

The company MySofa has a secure reservation system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation in order to prevent any disclosure to a third party.

 

When saving the reservation, an autoCredit card debit will be made.

 

The customer is solely responsible for his choice of reservations and their suitability for his needs, so that MySofa cannot be held liable in this regard.

 

 

 

 

Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable which prevents the customer, in carrying out the trip, from performing all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular with regard to strikes by means of transport, hotel staff, government or public riots.

 

 

Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to "> or by phone at 07 66 34 90 77.

 

The request will only become effective when MySofa has confirmed its acceptance in writing.

 

In case of modification or cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):

 

– For any request made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of the stay.

 

– For any request made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, half of the amount of the stay will be charged.

 

– In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of the stay.

 

– Any stay started is entirely due.

 

 

For reservations made via the website of our partners, the cancellation must be made via this site.

 

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, our animal friends are not allowed in the establishment.

 

The accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. A supplement may be charged if the maximum departure time is not respected.

 

The client agrees to use the accommodation with respect. Also, any behavior contrary to morality and public order will cause MySofa to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made.

 

 

Any complaint must be sent to the MySofa company by registered letter A/R, within 15 days of the departure of the stay that is the subject of the said complaint. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account.

 

 

In application of the law 78-17, known as data processing and freedoms, the customers are informed that their reservation is the subject of a computerized nominative treatment. Users have a right to access and rectify the data entered, which is exercised at the head office: SASU MySofa, 69 Boulevard Jules FERRY 84000 AVIGNON. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.

 

The accommodation offers wifi internet access. The user client undertakes that the computer resources made available to him will not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a neighboring right such as texts, photographic images, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when this authorization is required.

 

 

 

MySofa declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, damage to apavailable to customers during their stay.

The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism which may occur due to the occupation of the premises and/or due to the participants and/or the staff for which he is responsible, both for movable, decorative and real estate belonging or not to MySofa. As a result, MySofa can therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement of the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts.

 

 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
